Tactical Combat
Casualty Care (3day)
(TCCC)
Trinity Training & Consulting is pleased to offer the 3-day
course in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC). Trinity Training &
Consulting uses the most current version of the TCCC guidelines,
approved by SOCOM. This 3-day course is designed for medics and
non-medic operators.

TTC has several advantages over the United States Army
Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR) offered TCCC course. TTC
provides 3 full days of training in both the medic & Non-medic
operators. This addition of one full day of training allows TTC to
increase the “Hands on” skill station training hours. This results
in a better understanding of the course materials and develops
confidence in skill performance.
The Course content includes: Background of TCCC, how people
die in combat, care under fire (assessments, tourniquets, direct
pressure, hemostatic dressings, casualty carries), Tactical field
care, management of penetrating eye trauma, tactical filed care
(airway, sucking chest wounds, tension pnuemothorax, shock, IV,
fluid resuscitation, IM injections, splinting & bandaging), CASEVAC,
management of wounded hostile combatants, and casualty assessment.
The course consist of lectures, tactical scenarios, practical
exercises, and written examination. TTC will schedule the training
at your facility or at a TDY location of your choosing. We are also
able to act quickly to training request and we can provide training
based on the requesting units schedule.
